Cyclometers and Vertech
Electronic products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year after date of purchase. The warranty will not cover the battery, normal wear, damage, or loss and is void if the product is disassembled by anyone other than an authorized Avocet Service Center.

Saddles and Tires
Avocet products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year after date of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage, or loss.

Phase Heart Rate Monitor
Phase products are no longer warranted due to Phase factory closure.


Procedure

Warranty Claim Processing
Warranty claims are to be sent to the Avocet Service Center by the consumer and not the retailer (except Phase Heart Rate Monitors--see above). Only the original, dated cash register or charge card receipt will be accepted for proof of purchase date (no exceptions). Send warranty claims freight prepaid to the Service Center at the address listed below. A traceable method of shipment is recommended in the event that your shipment to Avocet is lost in transit. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for the return of your product. Vertech Service

In the US Vertech service including all battery replacement and repair is handled by the Avocet service center. Service center's warranty is 60 days
